Do you need a water break?
Thirsty? Are you feeling the need to drink something? Are you in need of water? Are you feeling parched? Water! Water is so important to our daily lives. I try to drink at least four 16oz bottles of water each day. I began drinking water consistently in 2002. I had gained a bunch of weight after giving birth to my 2nd child and had also quit smoking. Water has no calories in it, it's good for me and at the time it kept me putting something to my mouth besides a cigarette. It began a very good habit that I still keep today.
